Clamps have a minimum diameter of 22mm (with shim) and a maximum diameter of about 32mm (so it fits 26.5 mm and 31.8mm handlebars as well). Please kindly try to add some thin rubber piece or cloth if necessary to make it stay more stable on handlebar.
